Abstract:
An adhesive antioxidant and a preparation method therefor. The adhesive antioxidant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-55 parts of an anti-aging agent, 30-40 parts of a carrier, and 15-30 parts of an adhesive; the carrier is a mixture of modified talcum powder and modified clay; the adhesive is made by melting and mixing castor oil, toluene diisocyanate, styrene, and benzoyl peroxide at 20-80°C; the anti-aging agent is prepared by using cresol, dicyclopentadiene, and a tert-butyl reagent as raw materials, and carrying out a reaction under the catalysis of a sulfonic acid as a catalyst. The adhesive antioxidant prepared by the preparation method improves the oxidation resistance, heat resistance, and adhesion force of rubber products.
