Abstract:
Provided are: an adhesive composition for laminating which gives laminates that have excellent metal layer/plastic layer adhesion, have resistance to electrolytic solutions even after low-temperature aging, have a high retention of said resistance, and suffer no interlaminar separation over a long period; a process for producing the adhesive composition; a laminate obtained using an adhesive comprising the adhesive composition; and a secondary battery. The adhesive composition for laminating comprises a modified polyolefin resin (A), an amorphous polyolefin resin (B), and a hardener (C), the content of the amorphous polyolefin resin (B) being 0.1 mass% or higher but less than 20 mass% with respect to the total mass of the solid components of the modified polyolefin resin (A) and amorphous polyolefin resin (B).
