Abstract:
　The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adhesive composition for organic fibers, said composition having high adhesion and not requiring the use of an epoxy resin with high production costs.　An adhesive composition for organic fibers, said composition comprising a halohydrin compound and a blocked isocyanate compound. A method for treating organic fibers, said method comprising a step wherein organic fibers are treated using a treating agent that includes said adhesive composition for organic fibers and resorcinol formaldehyde latex (RFL).
