Abstract:

Provided are a surface protective film which imparts excellent antifouling properties to an adherend and has a peeling force which does not vary much depending on the surface conditions of the adherend; and an adhesive composition for use in the protective film. The adhesive composition contains a compound containing an oxypropylene group in an amount of 0.01 to 5 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of an acrylic polymer as a base polymer. The surface protective film (10) comprises a support (1) and an adhesive layer (2) formed of the adhesive composition on one or both surfaces of the support.
