Abstract:
Regarding the problem that the multi-layer composite material is prone to layering in the prior art, the present application provides an adhesive film containing hard sand particles and a preparation method thereof, the adhesive film containing hard sand particles is composed of an adhesive film base and hard sand particles embedded in the adhesive film base, the adhesive film base is thermoplastic elastomer powder or thermoplastic tough resin adhesive and is formed by hot stretching and extending, the adhesive film containing hard sand particles is laid between composite material layers with a multi-layer structure, an anti-layering composite material with a preset structure or a preset molded surface is formed by hot press molding, the mechanical property and the anti-layering property are improved.
