Abstract:
In order to ensure rigidity at a bent portion, this adhesive flange structure (10) is equipped with: a first flange (14), which extends along the end of a first vehicle body panel (32), and is formed at the end of this vehicle body panel (32) via a bent portion (12); a second flange (16), which is formed opposing the bent portion (12) and the first flange (14), at the end of a second vehicle body panel (34) which forms a portion of the vehicle body together with the first vehicle body panel (32); an adhesive (18) that bonds the bent portion (12) and the first flange (14) with the second flange (16); and a protruding portion (24), which extends in the direction (in other words, the L direction) in which the first flange (14) extends along the end of the first vehicle body panel (32), and is formed on the bent portion (12) and/or the portion (22) of the second flange (16) that opposes the bent portion (12), and protrudes toward the other side, which is the bent portion (12) and/or the opposing portion (22).
