Provided are: a two-part curable adhesive that has exceptional boiling resistance and exceptional resistance to re-dissolving in a printing layer; and a laminate and a packaging material that are both obtained using the adhesive.　A two-part curable adhesive, and a laminate and a packaging material that are both obtained using the adhesive, the adhesive containing: a polyol composition (X) including a polyester polyol (A) that is the product of a reaction between a polyhydric alcohol (a) and a polyvalent carboxylic acid (b); and a polyisocyanate composition (Y) including a urethane prepolymer (C) that is the product of a reaction between an isocyanate compound (C'2) and a polyol composition (y) including a polyester polyol (C'1), which is the product of a reaction between a polyhydric alcohol (c) and a polyvalent carboxylic acid (d), the polyhydric alcohols (a), (c) respectively including glycols (a1), (c1) that each have only one alkyl side chain, and the total amount of the glycols (a1) and (c1) relative to the total amount of the polyol composition (X) and the polyisocyanate composition (Y) being 5-20 mass%.
