Abstract:
This adhesive layer evaluation system 10 is provided with an ultrasonic irradiation device 11, an ultrasonic detection device 12, a placement section 14, and a control device 30 for controlling each of the aforementioned components. The ultrasonic irradiation device 11 irradiates an object 1 to be evaluated with ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic detection device 12 detects reflected waves 12B reflected by the object 1 to be evaluated. The control unit (30): compares an actual measured value of the frequency characteristics of the reflected waves 12B detected by the ultrasonic detection device 12, and a theoretical value of the frequency characteristics of the reflected waves 12B that is calculated on the basis of a theoretical model pertaining to the object 1 to be evaluated; and evaluates parameters pertaining to an adhesive layer 1A on the basis of the result of comparison.
