Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adhesive sheet capable of forming an adhesive layer that has a low dielectric constant, that has excellent step conformability while maintaining adhesive strength and adhesion reliability at a high temperature, and that is suitable for bonding a metal mesh film or the like. The present invention provides an adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer contains an acrylic polymer (A) and a hydrogenated polyolefin resin (B) that exhibits liquid fluidity at 25°C. The dielectric constant of the adhesive layer is 2.3-3.5 at a frequency of 1 MHz. The 180° peeling adhesive strength of the adhesive sheet with respect to a glass plate, at 65°C and a tensile speed of 300 mm/min, is 6 N/20 mm or more. The ratio of the 180° peeling adhesive strength of the adhesive sheet with respect to a glass plate, at 65°C and a tensile speed of 300 mm/min, relative to the 180° peeling adhesive strength of the adhesive sheet with respect to a glass plate, at 25°C and a tensile speed of 300 mm/min ([180° peeling adhesive strength with respect to glass plate, at 65°C and tensile speed of 300 mm/min]/[180° peeling adhesive strength with respect to glass plate, at 25°C and tensile speed of 300 mm/min] × 100) is 30 or more.
