Provided is an adhesive sheet with a release film, the adhesive sheet being configured such that when one release film is peeled off from the double-sided adhesive sheet in which the surfaces thereof are protected by two respective release films, and one adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet is attached to an adherend, and then the second release film is peeled off from the adhesive sheet, the occurrence of defects in a bonding surface between one adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet and the adherend can be prevented. The adhesive sheet with the release film comprises a double-sided adhesive sheet having an adhesive agent layer, a first release film disposed on a first adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet, and a second release film disposed on a second adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet. Furthermore, after the first release film of the adhesive sheet with the release film is peeled off from the first adhesive surface and a cyclo-olefin polymer film is bonded to the first adhesive surface, the peeling force when the second release film is peeled off from the second adhesive surface under predetermined conditions is 0.03 N/50 mm to 1 N/50 mm.
