Abstract:
Provided are an adhesive tape capable of improving the anti-dropping capacity of a battery and a manufacturing method therefor. The adhesive tape comprises a five-layer structure, wherein the first layer is a pressure-sensitive adhesive having an adhesion property at normal temperature and used for binding the outer surface of a battery pole pack, the second layer is a base material, the third layer is a primer used for binding the base material to the fourth layer, the fourth layer is an adhesive layer used for binding the inner surface of a casing of the battery, and the fifth layer is a double-sided release film. The adhesive tape capable of improving the anti-dropping capacity of a battery has a total thickness of 16-35 um, and the materials used cannot react with an electrolyte, the adhesion property for the battery pole pack and the inner surface of the casing is mainly generated in a heating or compression manner, and the adhesion strength is high, and a satisfactory effect can be realized after a very small area is used in the battery.
