Technical Field

Invention relates to disinfectant dispensers used in places where people are present collectively such as health organizations, public buildings, shopping centres, public areas and restaurants.

Invention particularly relates to adjustable aerosol disinfectant dispenser providing spraying of aerosol disinfectants to user’s hands by driving of a pedal and compatible with aerosol disinfectant tanks of various sizes.

Present State of the Art

Micro-organisms may find surviving area for themselves in almost everywhere and this survival area is not only soil, air or water but also human body. Primary method of the most effective ones for prevention of entrance of micro-organisms, also carrying risks that might lead into dangerous results in respect to health, into body is hand sanitizing. For that reason, use of disinfectants in hand disinfection is considerably common.

In the related art, disinfectants are offered for use in dispensers of one-litre plastic bottles in order to provide hand sanitization in areas where people are to be in mass. Said disinfectants are generally in half-litre and 1 -litre plastic bottles of pump structure and placed in dispensers at hand levels. Working principle of dispensers manually or pedal driven operation is conducted by means of user’s pressing pump with hand or pressing pedal by foot and then flow of disinfectant from bottle by mechanism compressed by pump.

In related art, only use of disinfectants in plastic bottles of pump structure is possible. In dispensers working by means of pouring liquid disinfectants in the bottle onto hand by means of pump, considerably high quantity of disinfectant is poured per each pump action and quick consumption of disinfectants of bottles in intensive use areas such Shopping centres, hospitals, banks etc. For that reason, disinfectants are to be controlled frequently and disinfectant bottles are to be replaced frequently. This causes extra work force as well as increase in costs due to consumption of disinfectants in high quantities. In addition, in case of procurement of disinfectants bottles of non-standard structure in different sizes, it is required to use different dispensers as per each new bottle size.

In the related art, there is no dispenser structure working by pedal driving for aerosol disinfectants providing use by spraying disinfectants in particulates. During search of literature, document numbered TR2020/08029 is encountered as an example. Said document relates to a pedal disinfectant machine operated by pedal driving to prevent hand contact to disinfectant pump. In the said invention, pump disinfectant bottle is placed into a disinfectant holding apparatus located on a panel and upon pressing pedal by foot, disinfectant is poured onto user hand from pump.

Another example from the related art is the document numbered TR2020/05780. Said document relates to pedal driver mechanic pump hand disinfectant dosing machine. In said invention, disinfectant bottle is placed inside box and disinfectant is poured onto user’s hand by means of driving of mechanical pump connected to disinfectant bottle by means of foot pressed pedal.

In both documents mentioned above, liquid disinfectant is used by means of pouring it onto user’s hand from plastic disinfectant bottle of pump structure. This causes flow of considerably high quantity of disinfectant per each pumping action driven by pedal and thus consumption in short time period in intensive use areas. Also in said embodiments mentioned above, because of unchanging fixed structure of area where bottle is placed, use of disinfectant bottles of different sizes is not possible. Therefore, in the related art, a disinfectant dispenser providing use of aerosol disinfectants and compatible with aerosol disinfectant containers of different sizes is needed.

As a result, the because of existence the said problems mentioned above and inadequacy of solutions, it has been necessary to make a development in the related art. Purpose of the Invention

Figure 1 is a general view of aerosol disinfectant dispenser (100) being subject of the invention. In the most basic form, aerosol disinfectant dispenser (100) comprises a base profile (110) located on floor, at least one stud (120) in rectangular form connected in vertical form by means of base connection surface (123) located on lower surface on the base profile (110) a holder (130) moving up and down inside adjustment channel (122) on side surfaces of stud (120) and containing aerosol disinfectant container (140) therein, a moving profile (150) connected onto cap side surface (142) of aerosol disinfectant container (140) above stud (120) and applying force down from front end onto cap side surface (142) and thus providing spray of disinfectant from container cap (141), a pushing profile (160) connected to moving profile (150) from upper end and moving up and down on stud (120) rear surface and thus providing up and down movement of moving profile (150), a pedal (170) located to lower part of stud (120) side surfaces in a manner allowing up and down motion and also connected to lower end of pushing profile (160) and providing up and down movement of pushing profile (160) when pressed by foot.

A stud (120) is connected onto base profile (110) providing location of aerosol disinfectant dispenser (100) on the floor by means of base connection surface (123) provided on lower surface.

As shown in figure 2, said stud (120) is in form of rectangular profile form in general and comprises stage space (121) in order one on other on front surface, adjustment channel (122) extending vertically on upper side of side surfaces, base connection surface (123) on lower surface, pedal connection hole (124) on lower side of side surfaces and profile hole (125) on upper side of side surfaces.

Holder (130) Base profile (110) shown in figure 3 is placed onto stud (120) fixed onto base profile (110). Holder (130) as shown in figure 4 provides placement of aerosol disinfectant container (140) containing disinfectant in aerosol form onto stud (120). Said holder (130) comprises lower base (131) located on front base surface and side support arms (132) extending in an angular form towards front from side surfaces. Aerosol disinfectant container (140) is passed through side support arms (132) and placed onto lower base (131). Thus holding aerosol disinfectant container (140) from base surface by means of lower base (131) and also from round aerosol disinfectant container (140) by means of side support arms (132) is provided.
