Abstract:
The present invention relates to an adjustable CO2 enrichment cement kiln system transformed by an in-line decomposition furnace and a use method thereof. With the adjustment function of the components of the present invention, the system can be switched to a CO2 self-enrichment pre-decomposition kiln or a conventional in-line pre-decomposition kiln. The present invention can adjust the components of the system according to the demand quantity of CO2, and then flexibly adjust the CO2 enrichment of the cement kiln system. Moreover, the cement kiln system of the present invention can perform CO2 enrichment without needing to redesign a key firing device, and the transformation cost is reduced. Further, when the system of the present invention serves as the CO2 self-enrichment pre-decomposition kiln, the concentration of CO2 in the flue gas at the outlet of a third column cyclone preheater is more than 70%, subsequent CO2 capture purification and operation cost can be greatly reduced, and the flue gas amount with the high CO2 concentration can be flexibly adjusted to be 5-30% of the flue gas amount at the outlet of the preheater of the conventional pre-decomposition kiln system, so that the CO2 emission of the pre-decomposition kiln system is greatly reduced.
