Abstract:

The invention relates to an adjustable driver for joining a window pane to a window lifter device of a vehicle door. Said driver comprises a base body, a receiving body, which can pivot in relation to the base body and which has at least one supporting surface for the window pane, and comprises a device for clamping the window pane between the base body and the receiving body. The invention is characterized in the device for clamping the window pane is comprised of at least one first wedge-like surface, which is provided on the base body, and of a second wedge-like surface, which is provided on the receiving body, whereby the second wedge-like surface has a slope that is essentially complementary to that of the first wedge-like surface. When pivoting the receiving body toward the base body from a maximum pivotal angle, the second wedge-like surface rests in a contact plane against the first wedge-like surface and executes a movement in relation to the first wedge-like surface along the contact plane.
