Abstract:
Provided is an adjustable kettle bell. The kettle bell comprises a kettle bell body (1), a plug pin set (2), kettle bell pieces (5), and a base (3). The kettle bell body (1) is formed by installing a handle (12) on a kettle bell housing (11). The kettle bell housing (11) has a cavity (22). The kettle bell pieces (5) are received in the cavity (22) of the kettle bell housing (11). The kettle bell housing (11) is provided with several plug pin grooves (13) and latch hook holes (14). When the plug pin set (2) is inserted into a certain plug pin groove (13), the kettle bell pieces (5) of a certain weight can be locked. The kettle bell housing (11) is further provided with a threaded hole (15), into which a threaded rod (4) is screwed.
