Disclosed are an adjustable lens module and a head-mounted apparatus. The adjustable lens module comprises a fixed support (10), wherein a player window (11), an obliquely arranged reflective lens (22), and a semi-reflective semi-transparent lens (23) are arranged on the fixed support (10); and the adjustable lens module further comprises an adjusting support (30), which is arranged corresponding to the semi-reflective semi-transparent lens (23), and window lenses (40a, 40b) mounted on the adjusting support (30), wherein straight guide structures (14, 15) extending in a front-back direction, and a steering guide structure (16) in communication with ends, located on the rear sides, of the straight guide structures (14, 15) are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the fixed support (10); and a first sliding structure (33) and a second sliding structure (34) are arranged on corresponding sides of the adjusting support (30). The head-mounted apparatus comprises a shell and the adjustable lens module. The problem of an existing head-mounted apparatus being large in size and inaccurate in terms of interpupillary distance adjustment is solved, and the window lenses (40a, 40b) can be opened when in use and folded when not in use, are convenient to store and carry, and can accurately adjust an interpupillary distance in a stepless adjustment manner.
