A heterogeneously structured adjustable lumbosacral stabilising belt characterised in that the belt consists of a flat fringed middle part made from two layers of tear-proof anti- skidding fabric and double elastic tightening straps coming out of the middle part and sewn in between the fabric layers of the middle part, terminated on both sides with a right-hand nylon link and a left-hand nylon link, with the inner side of the right-hand link being covered with sharp self-adhesive tape and the outer side of the left-hand link with soft self-adhesive tape.

The advantage of the element according to the invention is that the belt stabilises the lumbosacral part of the body, stabilising and pressing hard ballistic products, most preferably bulletproof plates, and soft ballistic products, most preferably bulletproof vests, to the lower rear part of the back.
