An adjustable ratchet wrench, comprising two mounting plates (1), an adjusting structure and ratchet group (3) for clamping; the adjusting structure comprises a positioning rotary dial (2) with inner bores, a locking button (4), and a mounting base (6); a spring (5) is disposed between the locking button (4) and the mounting base (6); the positioning rotary dial (2) is provided with stopping grooves (22) thereon for receiving the ratchet group (3), and is provided with positioning teeth (23) on the circumference of the positioning rotary dial (2); the positioning rotary dial (2) is further provided with a bolt channel (24) thereon; the locking button (4) is provided with sawteeth (33) engaging with the positioning teeth (23); a slide groove (61) for the button to move back and forth is disposed on the positioning base; the mounting plates are provided with accommodation holes (14), and ratchet guide grooves (13) are arranged on the circumference of the accommodation holes (14) for the ratchet group (3) to slide in and out; the ratchet group (3) comprises a ratchet base (31), a ratchet (32) and a reset spring for resetting the ratchet disposed on the ratchet base (31), and a mounting shaft (311) extending out is provided on the two ends of the ratchet base (31). The adjustable ratchet wrench is suitable for different types of bolts, has a simple structure, and is easy to operate.
