Abstract:
An adjustable roof bolter for high slope anchoring, comprising a traveling track (1), an inclination angle sensor (2), a visual sensor (3), an adjustment oil cylinder (4), a sliding guide rail (5), a lifting lug (6), an operating platform (7), a swing arm (8), a swing arm oil cylinder (9), a drilling arm (10), a drilling arm oil cylinder (11), a drilling bit sleeve (12), a drilling machine guide rail (13), a roof bolter (14), a hoister (15) and a steel wire rope (16); a hinge hole is provided at the front and the rear ends on the inner side of the traveling track, and the lifting lug is provided on the bottom of the hinge hole at the front end; the operating platform can move forward and backward along the sliding guide rail, and the inclination angle sensor is mounted on the platform; and the drilling machine guide rail and the roof bolter are mounted on the surface of the drilling arm, the roof bolter can move along the drilling machine guide rail, with a tail being provided with the visual sensor. The adjustable roof bolter can automatically adjust the angle of the cab of the operating platform, automatically maintain a horizontal state, adapt to the operating environments with various slopes and under various road conditions, have wide application range, and have advantages of high operation efficiency, being easy to operate, and being safe and reliable, etc.
