Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to produce an adsorbent module with good productivity and without generating a large deviation in the distribution of an adsorbent and a binder. Provided is a method for producing an adsorption heat exchanger (1) in which an adsorbent is held in a region (α) that houses a plurality of transfer members (34) arranged at intervals in a main unit (31) of an adsorbent module (3), said adsorbent being an adsorbent composite (4) obtained by mixing activated carbon (41) and a non-polar binder resin (42), wherein said method has: a filling step (step 102) in which a gel-like adsorbent composite agent, which is obtained by dispersing activated carbon and a non-polar, water-soluble binder resin in ethanol, is pressurized and filled into the region (α); an evaporation step (step 103) in which ethanol and water included in the adsorbent composite agent in the region (α) are evaporated; and a curing step (step 104) in which the binder resin is cured by heating at a second temperature range (e.g. 120-150°C) that is higher than a first temperature range.
