Abstract:
An adsorption-type apparatus for blanking the contour of a shuttlecock feather piece, comprising: a blanking frame (1); a blanking body (2) arranged on the blanking frame; and an adsorption frame (4) capable of moving along a T-shaped channel (3) formed in the upper end of the blanking frame, and configured to accommodate an article and adsorb the article by means of self-formed static electricity. Several feather piece holes (6) having specific contour shapes are provided at the upper end of the adsorption frame; and the feather piece holes move to a position below the blanking body and are matched with a component that moves downwards in the blanking body to complete the blanking of the contour of the article. The apparatus uses an electrostatic adsorption mode for light feathers, such that the feathers are stably bound on the adsorption frame before and after the blanking, thereby avoiding the influence of indoor airflow or airflow generated during device operation on the positions of the feathers, and solving the problem of increased cutting failure rate due to the fact that it is difficult to ensure the stability of the feathers during cutting.
