Abstract:
In one aspect of the present invention, part of an optical image displayed on a first display device is reflected toward a viewer by a first optical member disposed with a predetermined inclination angle to face a display screen of the first display device, only a second polarization component other than a first polarization component among polarization components of the optical image that have passed through the first optical member is reflected by a second optical member disposed in a state of closely adhering to a second surface on the reverse side from a first surface facing the display screen of the first optical member, and only the first polarization component among the polarization components of the optical image that have been reflected by the first optical member and the second optical member is transmitted toward the viewer by a third optical member disposed between the first surface of the first optical member and a first viewer.
