Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of fireproof plates, and discloses an aerogel composite heat insulation fireproof plate and a manufacturing process therefor. The aerogel composite heat insulation fireproof plate comprises an upper surface layer, a fireproof layer, a heat insulation layer, a polyurethane layer and a lower surface layer which are sequentially compounded from top to bottom; the interior of the fireproof layer is hollow, and aluminum hydroxide particles are filled in the fireproof layer; evenly distributed working holes are formed in the fireproof layer, and sealing studs are connected in the working holes; aerogel mounting recesses are evenly formed in the surface of the heat insulation layer close to the fireproof layer, a heat insulation air cavity located on the side of the aerogel mounting recesses away from the fireproof layer is formed in the heat insulation layer, and the heat insulation air cavity is communicated with each aerogel mounting recess; an aerogel filling member is provided in each aerogel mounting recess. The present application has the effect of improving the longitudinal heat insulation performance of the heat insulation fireproof plate.
