Abstract:
Provided in the present application are an aerosol generating system and an aerosol generating device for heating an aerosol generating product to generate an aerosol. The aerosol generating device comprises a main housing, wherein the main housing is provided with a heating assembly for heating the aerosol generating product, and a door cover movably coupled to the main housing at a first position and a second position; and the door cover covers the heating assembly at the first position and exposes the heating assembly at the second position. In the aerosol generating device, the heating assembly can be selectively covered or exposed by means of the door cover, thereby exposing the heating assembly when it needs to be used, and covering the heating assembly after use in order to protect the heating assembly.
