Abstract:
An aerosol generation device may comprise: a battery; a heater for heating an aerosol-generating material; a voltage converter; and a control unit. The aerosol generation device can apply a fixed voltage to the heater by disposing, between the battery and the heater, the voltage converter that converts a voltage applied from the battery to a constant voltage to output a predetermined fixed voltage, wherein the control unit can control power supplied to the heater such that the predetermined fixed voltage is applied to the heater in a preheating mode.
