Abstract:
An aerosol provision device is provided. The aerosol provision device is for use with an article (300) comprising aerosol generating material. The aerosol provision device comprises a housing (102). The housing (102) comprises a plurality of perforations (204). Each perforation includes a dimension of less than 50 microns. The aerosol provision device comprises a light source (206) disposed within the housing (102) adjacent to the plurality of perforations (204), arranged so that, when the light source (206) is activated, light (206) from the light source (206) visibly passes through the perforations (204), and when the light source (206) is not active, the light source (206) is not visible to the naked eye through the perforations (204).
