Abstract:
This affixation device for an elevator guide rail is provided with: a wall bracket (3) having one end affixed to a hoistway wall (1); a car rail bracket (4) in contact with one surface of the other end of the wall bracket (3) and having a car guide rail (11) affixed thereto; a weight rail bracket (5) in contact with the other surface of the other end of the wall bracket (3) and having a weight guide rail (12) affixed thereto; and through-bolts (7) for joining the car rail bracket (4) and the weight rail bracket (5) with the wall bracket (3) sandwiched therebetween. A load caused by a horizontal load due to a weight is shared by the car rail bracket (4) and the weight rail bracket (5). Consequently, the joint strength between each of the rail brackets (4, 5) and the wall bracket (3) can be reduced accordingly, and the number or the size of the through-bolts (7) can be reduced.
