Abstract:
This agent device is provided with: a reception unit that receives a response packet that contains a plurality of IP addresses as resource data and is a response to a DNS query packet; a selection unit that selects at least one IP address from among the plurality of IP addresses contained in the resource data of the response packet received by the reception unit; and a transmission unit that, to the communication device that is the transmission source of the DNS query packet, transmits a response packet wherein the plurality of IP addresses is replaced with the at least one IP address selected by the selection unit.
