Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to discover and provide a novel ubiquitin drug discovery technique whereby it becomes possible to induce a ubiquitin-proteasome system from a target peptide that is difficult to be ubiquitinated and decompose the target peptide. Provided is an agent for inducing the decomposition of a target peptide, the agent having such a structure that one or more binding factors capable of binding to the target peptide are linked to the C-terminal of ubiquitin, in which two or more binding factors are linked to each other.
