[PROBLEMS] To provide an aggregate of pipes for a storage tank manufacturable at rather low cost, capable of storing rather much rain water, and generally reduced in deformation by increasing a connection force between the rigid pipes. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This aggregate of the pipes comprises the plurality of rigid pipes (14) and a pipe connection means (13). Mounting holes (14a) are formed in the rigid pipes. The pipe connection means comprises a connection pipe (15), adapters (16) having cylindrical parts (16a) allowed to be inserted into the connection pipe, flange parts (16b) facing the end edges of the connection pipe, and short pipe parts (16c) allowed to be inserted into the mounting holes and having center holes (16d) formed therethrough, a connection steel bar (17) passed through the connection pipe, and fixing means (17a), (18), and (19) pulling the end parts of the connection steel bar into the rigid pipes and fixing two rigid pipes to each other. The short pipe side end faces of the flange parts are formed to be fitted to the outer surfaces of the rigid pipes around the moving holes and so that the sum of the thicknesses D of the flange parts and the length L of the connection pipe is equal to a prescribed distance W.
