Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an aging-resistant wood-plastic composite material for faux wood furniture, comprising the following ingredients: polypropylene, straw, an initiator, a binder, petroleum asphalt, an acid catalyst, a silane coupling agent, silanized glass fiber, and filler. For the aging-resistant wood-plastic composite material of the present invention, silanization modification is performed on the glass fiber, such that the effect of the glass fiber in the reaction can be significantly improved; the addition of petroleum asphalt and definitions on the penetration index and softening point thereof ensure that the final composite material has nice antique wood grains, thus significantly improving the economic value of antique furniture prepared; the petroleum asphalt used also has the effect of organic solvents, and the addition of the initiator and acid catalyst can effectively improve the bonding effect between raw materials, thereby effectively enhancing the strength of the composite material; and the addition of large-diameter flake calcium carbonate doped with a small amount of Bonite can effectively improve the aging resistance of the wood-plastic composite material.
