Provided is a plant disease control chemical with reduced active ingredient content. The agricultural and horticultural chemical according to the present invention includes multiple active ingredients, and includes as one of the active ingredients an azole derivative represented by general formula (I), while including as another of the active ingredients at least one compound selected from the group consisting of metrafenone, cyprodinil, mepanipyrim, and pyrimethanil. (In the formula, X represents a chlorine atom or a fluorine atom)
