Abstract:
Disclosed is an AI avatar coaching system based on the analysis of emotion in free speech, for acting in place of a CS manager. The present invention comprises: an AI avatar coaching server, which generates an AI avatar coaching video for training in consultation practice and provides the AI avatar coaching video that has been generated; a terminal of an inexperienced consultation agent in training, which receives and outputs the AI avatar coaching video provided by the AI avatar coaching server; and a terminal of a buying customer for conducting a voice call, through which a buying customer puts a consultation query; an terminal of a consultation agent for conducting a voice call, through which a consultation agent handles the query of a buying customer; and an omnichannel server for providing consultation service to customers/corporations, which configures a voice call session for a voice call between the terminal of a buying customer and the terminal of a consultation agent and transmits a report on the consultation query and the handling of the consultation, to provide consultation services to a plurality of customers of sales corporations. The AI avatar coaching system based on the analysis of emotion in free speech, for acting in place of a CS manager, is configured to simulate the consultation video of an experienced consultation agent in an avatar video and provide same to an inexperienced consultation agent in training, so that the inexperienced consultation agent can learn how to provide consultation and responses through specific real cases, thereby providing an effective training.
