Abstract:
An AI exercise guide device according to one preferable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a storage unit for storing one or more muscles activated when exercise equipment is used, the contribution degree of each of the one or more muscles, and an exercise trajectory guide generated when the exercise equipment is properly used according to the use criteria; a sensing unit for detecting the exercise trajectory corresponding to the movement of a user moving the exercise equipment; an AI processing unit for determining whether the exercise trajectory detected in the sensing unit is consistent with the exercise trajectory guide when the exercise equipment is moved in one or more directions; and an exercise guide unit for guiding such that an exercise load or an exercise pose of the exercise equipment is adjusted if the deviation of the detected exercise trajectory and the exercise trajectory guide exceeds a preset value.
