Abstract:
An AI exercise guide device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a muscle strength estimation unit for estimating an estimated muscle strength value of a muscle strength of a specific muscle of a user on the basis of user data; a detection unit for detecting a percentile number to which the estimated muscle strength value belongs with respect to a predetermined adult muscle strength percentile value; and a PMW estimation unit for estimating a PMW of an exercise machine that the user intends to use, on the basis of the detected percentile number.
