Abstract:
An AI exercise sequence providing device as a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a storage unit for pre-storing information on one or more muscles which are activated when using an exercise machine and the degree of contribution of each of the one or more muscles; an AI exercise sequence-generating unit for generating an exercise sequence by selecting a plurality of exercise machines on the basis of a target exercise amount of a target muscle; and a measuring unit for calculating in real time a cumulative exercise amount applied to each of one or more muscles on the basis of the degree of contribution and the one or more muscles which are activated when an exercise is performed according to the exercise sequence.
