Abstract:
The present invention relates to an air-circulating-type roaster having an interior cleaning structure, wherein the roaster effectively filters odors or smoke generated during a roasting process, and at the same time, has a convenient structure to keep the inside of a device clean, thereby enabling easy maintenance, cleaning, or the like. The present invention provides an air-circulating-type roaster having interior cleaning structure, the roaster comprising: a roasting body (11) including a receiving part (12) having an open top; a partition basket (40) installed to partition the receiving part (12) up and down into a roasting space (15) and a circulation space (16), the partition basket having a suctioning hole (41) formed through one side surface thereof and a discharging hole (42) formed through the other side surface; a heating rod (50) installed to be located at an upper surface side of the partition basket (40); a circulation fan (20) located at one side of the circulation space (16) to suction air from the suctioning hole (41) side and discharge air to the discharging hole (42) side; and a tray (30) located at the other side of the circulation space (16) and configured to receive oil, which is generated during a roasting process, simultaneously when water is filled therein.
