Abstract:
An air circulation processing apparatus used for crispy shrimp storage, relating to the technical field of crispy shrimp production devices, mainly composed of a cuboid housing (1), a cylindrical box (18), a ventilation mechanism, a sealing mechanism, and a filter mechanism, and used for solving the technical problems of troublesome filter mesh replacement, complex cleaning operations, and poor cleaning effects. The arrangement of the ventilation mechanism, by means of a motor driving a rotating column and fan blades to rotate, can have a ventilating function and, during cleaning, can also have the function of agitating to assist cleaning; the structure has a clever design and the entire device is cleaned, reducing manual washing and saving labour; the air at the bottom is filtered by means of a filter mesh, effectively removing odours therein, and the filter mesh can be removed after a period of use by means of a handle block, facilitating separate cleaning of the filter mesh; maintenance and replacement are convenient and operation is simple.
