Abstract:
The present invention relates to an air circulation type roaster with a circulation cover which is capable of separately performing air circulation and oil discharge through a simple structure and capable of effectively filtering odor or smoke generated from the roaster. Provided, according to the present invention, is an air circulation type roaster comprising: a main body (31) having a receiving portion (32) formed therein; a suction fan (56) for intaking and discharging air; a tray (36) configured to be filled with water or receive oil; and a circulation cover (43) provided to entirely cover an upper portion of the tray (36) so as to guide the air and receive the oil.
