An air conditioner control method and apparatus, an electronic device, a storage medium and an air conditioner, relating to the technical field of air conditioning. The method comprises: acquiring a human sleep state; when the human sleep state transitions from an asleep state to an awake state, determining whether a halfway-wakeup condition is met; and if yes, acquiring human body posture information, and when the human body posture information represents that the human body is in a sleep posture, executing a sleep aiding instruction. According to the air conditioner control method and apparatus, the electronic device, the storage medium and the air conditioner, relaxation and sleep aiding can be achieved when a user prepares to sleep, the speed at which the user falls asleep is increased, the sleep quality of the user is improved, the user is helped to fall asleep again after waking up halfway, and intelligent sleep aiding of the air conditioner is achieved.
