Abstract:
The present application provides an air conditioner control method and control device, and an air conditioner. The air conditioner control method comprises: obtaining a relative humidity of a current indoor environment; and controlling, according to the relation between the relative humidity and a preset relative humidity, the compressor frequency of an air conditioner, the rotation speed of an indoor fan, and the rotation speed of an outdoor fan to perform a decondensation operation. According to the present application, the relative humidity of the current indoor environment is obtained, and the humidity of the indoor environment is monitored; according to the relation between the relative humidity of the current indoor environment and the preset relative humidity, the compressor frequency of the air conditioner, the rotation speed of the indoor fan, and the rotation speed of the outdoor fan are controlled to change an operation mode of the air conditioner, so that the condensation at an air outlet of the air conditioner or in a heat exchange space of an evaporator at different relative humidity is effectively reduced or removed, so as to avoid affecting the comfort of the user due to the fact that the condensation drips and damages the wall surface or blows out and drips to the user, thereby improving the user experience.
