The present application relates to the technical field of smart home appliances, and discloses an air conditioner control method, comprising: when receiving light information sent by a wearable device and determined on the basis of vital signs information of a user, determining, according to the light information, a target adjustment scheme for adjusting the rotating speed of an air deflector; and controlling the driving motor to execute the target adjustment scheme so as to adjust the rotating speed of the air deflector. The present application adjusts the driving speed of the driving motor, thereby adjusting the rotating speed of the air deflector, such that the air deflector operates at the most appropriate rotating speed. Therefore, the air supply effect of the smart air conditioner is improved, while the air sense experience of the user is improved in consideration of the vital signs information of the user. The invention further discloses an air conditioner control device, and a storage medium.
