Abstract:
Provided in the present application are an air conditioner control method and device, and an air conditioner. The air conditioner is provided with a first air outlet and a second air outlet, which are arranged in the widthwise direction of the air conditioner and are each provided with an air guide device, each air guide device being configured to adjust the air output direction of the corresponding air outlet. The air conditioner control method comprises: acquiring position information of target users; when the target users are located in one target region, controlling a first air outlet to supply air towards the target region, and/or controlling a second air outlet to supply air towards the target region; and when the number of target regions where the target users are located is greater than or equal to 2, controlling the first air outlet to supply air towards at least one target region close to the first air outlet, and/or controlling the second air outlet to supply air towards at least one target region close to the second air outlet, wherein the air supply region of the first air outlet and the air supply region of the second air outlet cover regions where all target users are located.
