A control method for an air conditioner, comprising the following steps: after an air conditioner enters a comfortable-humidity mode and operates stably, acquiring the temperature of an indoor environment and the temperature of a coil of an indoor heat-exchanger (S1); calculating the temperature difference between the temperature of the indoor environment and the temperature of the coil of the indoor heat-exchanger (S2); and according to the temperature difference, controlling the air conditioner to carry out a humidifying operation or a dehumidifying operation (S3). In addition, further disclosed are an air conditioner that uses the described control method, and a control device.
