Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are an air conditioner and a control method therefor. The air conditioner comprises an air conditioner body, a placement structure for an object to be aired, an air output assembly and a humidity measurement module, wherein the air output assembly is used for retracting into an air outlet or extending out of the air outlet and guiding an airflow from the air outlet to the placement structure for an object to be aired; the humidity measurement module is located on the placement structure for an object to be aired, and is used for detecting the humidity at the placement structure for an object to be aired; and a control module is used for controlling the air output assembly to retract into the air outlet when the humidity measurement module detects that the humidity is within a set range, controlling the air output assembly to extend out of the air outlet and guide an airflow from the air outlet to the placement structure for an object to be aired when the humidity measurement module detects that the humidity exceeds the set range, and controlling the air conditioner body to operate in a heating mode or an air supply mode. Therefore, by means of the present invention, a normal air output of an air conditioner can be realized, or an air output assembly is controlled to extend out of an air outlet and guide an airflow of the air outlet to a placement structure for an object to be aired, so as to implement an airing function, thereby greatly improving the airing efficiency of an object to be aired.
