Abstract:
An air conditioner may comprise: a compressor; a flow path switching valve; a first flow path which connects an outlet of the compressor to the flow path switching valve; a first heat exchanger; a second flow path which connects the first heat exchanger to the flow path switching valve; a first refrigerant port which is fluidically connected to an indoor unit; a third flow path which extends from the first heat exchanger to the first refrigerant port; a subcooler which is provided on the third flow path; a first expansion valve which is provided between the first heat exchanger and the subcooler on the third flow path; a second expansion valve which is provided between the subcooler and the first refrigerant port on the third flow path; a fourth flow path which diverges from a divergence point of the third flow path, passes through the subcooler, and extends to an inlet of the compressor; a third expansion valve which is provided between the divergence point and the subcooler on the fourth flow path; a second refrigerant port which is fluidically connected to the indoor unit; a fifth flow path which connects the second refrigerant port to the flow path switching valve; and a sixth flow path which connects the flow path switching valve to the inlet of the compressor.
