Abstract:
An air conditioner fin die, comprising a bottom plate (1), a lower die assembly and an upper die assembly, the upper die assembly being arranged above the lower die assembly. The lower die assembly comprises a lower die base (2) and a female die (3). The lower die base (2) is fixed at the top end of the bottom plate (1), and the top end of the lower die holder (2) is connected to the female die (3). The upper die assembly comprises an upper die base (4), a male die (6), a male die fixing plate (7) and a guide mechanism (8). A blank holder (5) is fixed at the bottom end of the upper die base (4). A male die (6) and a guide mechanism (8) are fixed to the bottom end of the blank holder (5). A male die fixing plate (7) is fixed below the guide mechanism (8). A through hole adapted to the male die (6) penetrates through the male die fixing plate (7). Vertical rods (9) are fixed to all four corners of the top end of the bottom plate (1). The inner side of each vertical rod (9) is provided with a sliding groove (10). Two vertical rods (9) located in the same horizontal direction are in sliding and clamping connection with a transverse rod (11) by means of sliding grooves (10). Two transverse rods (11) are connected via a connecting rod (12) fixed to the top end of the upper die base (4). A driving mechanism (13) which drives the transverse rods (11) to move up and down along the sliding grooves (10) is arranged on the bottom plate (1). In the air conditioner fin die, under the action of the driving mechanism (13), a hanger can drive the upper die base (4) to move up and down, such that the upper die base (4) keeps moving up and down vertically to perform precise stamping.
