Provided are an air conditioner and a fresh air system, the fresh air system comprising a fresh air duct (1) and an air outlet duct (2). The fresh air duct (1) is used for conducting outdoor air indoors, and a fresh air control valve (11) and a fresh air fan (12) are assembled on the fresh air duct. The fresh air control valve (11) is used for opening or closing the fresh air duct (1), and the fresh air fan (12) is used for generating power for gas flow. The air outlet duct (2) comprises a Tesla valve (21) for conducting indoor air outdoors. Using the characteristics of non-moving components and one-way current limiting in the structure of the Tesla valve (21), the structure of the air duct is simplified, the numbers of valves, fans, and control components required for the air ducts are reduced, the difficulty of electronic control is reduced, and costs are reduced. The invention does not have moving parts or control parts, and has such features as no wear and a long service life.
