Abstract:
Provided is an air conditioner system and the like capable of prompting a repair request at a timing that avoids a concentration of repair requests. The air conditioner system has: a notification means that issues, to an information terminal associated with an air conditioner, a notification prompting an operational test of the air conditioner on a day set a prescribed period of time before the day that use of the air conditioner is predicted to commence; and an instruction means that instructs the air conditioner, on the basis of an instruction in response to the notification to begin the operational test, to execute the operational test.
