Abstract:

This air conditioner has: a total heating tentative operation mode wherein, when changing from a main heater operation mode to a total heating operation mode, if the outside temperature is greater than or equal to a prescribed temperature, at least one inter-heat-medium heat exchanger (25) which functions as a condenser in the main heater operation mode is made to function continuously as a condenser, and a refrigerant is not supplied to a inter-heat-medium heat exchanger (25) which functions as an evaporator in the main heater operation mode; and a total cooling tentative operation mode wherein, when changing from a main cooler operation mode to a total cooling operation mode, if the outside temperature is less than or equal to a prescribed temperature, at least one inter-heat-medium heat exchanger (25) which functions as an evaporator in the main cooler operation mode is made to function continuously as an evaporator, and a refrigerant is not supplied to the inter-heat-medium heat exchanger (25) which functions as an condenser in the main cooler operation mode.
